Terms of Service

1. Service and acceptance

By creating an account or using ONEPIX, you accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines. The server records the accepted document versions before an account can use the service or submit pixels, posts, comments, or other user content.

• ONEPIX is operated under the service name 플레이컨티뉴 (PlayContinue) in the Republic of Korea. The representative display name is 캡틴맨, and the official contact email is playcontinue00@gmail.com.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use ONEPIX. The service is not offered to anyone under 16, and ONEPIX does not currently provide a parental-consent path.
• People who do not accept the Terms cannot create an account or submit user content.

2. Accounts, nicknames, and country badges

An account is created through Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for protecting your account and device.

• Nicknames must contain 2–16 letters, numbers, or underscores and must be unique. An initial generated nickname may be changed immediately; later changes are limited to once every 30 days.
• The selected country is a permanent community badge shown in pixel signatures, not verified nationality. Ordinary changes are not available; request correction of a mistake at playcontinue00@gmail.com.
• Do not use another person's account or sell, transfer, or share access to a sign-in method.

3. Canvas and pixel rules

All canvases run on UTC. There is no pixel protection period, so another person may recolor the same coordinate, and no individual pixel or canvas state is guaranteed to remain unchanged.

• Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and World use separate pooled balances that cannot be transferred between canvases.
• A new account starts with 3/5 Weekly, 5/10 Monthly, 10/20 Yearly, and 20/40 World pixels. FREE refills one pixel every 60 seconds, and every five account levels adds one to the maximum on every canvas.
• FREE refills one pixel every 60 seconds. PIXEL+ refills one pixel every 30 seconds. Whenever FREE accounts are served ads, PIXEL+ is ad-free; the current review build does not show ads in any plan.
• Do not bypass placement limits using bots, automation, multiple accounts, exploits, or abnormal traffic.

4. User content and service license

Creators generally keep their rights in pixels, signatures, posts, comments, and attached coordinates. You may submit only content you have the right to provide.

To operate ONEPIX, you grant PlayContinue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, distribute, translate, adapt, and include that content in canvases, thumbnails, archives, and timelapses. After account deletion, identifying information and account links are removed, while colors and coordinates in a finished collective work may remain as an irreversibly anonymized record.

5. Prohibited content and enforcement

Illegal content, hate or harassment, sexual exploitation, threats of violence, exposure of personal information, impersonation, spam, copyright infringement, and service manipulation are prohibited.

• 플레이컨티뉴 (PlayContinue) may review reports and limit visibility, remove content or pixels, suspend features, or restrict accounts temporarily or permanently.
• Archives record shared works, but may be modified, anonymized, or removed to address law, privacy, safety, or rights violations.
• User blocking, pixel, signature, and archive-comment reporting, server-side minimum harmful-text filtering, and moderator review tools are implemented. Appeals and response targets are published through official support. The ordinary operational target is to retain moderation evidence for up to 180 days after a case closes; law, security, or an unresolved dispute may require a longer period.

6. PIXEL+, acorns, billing, and refunds

ONEPIX offers a monthly auto-renewing PIXEL+ subscription and six one-time consumable acorn packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• The full localized PIXEL+ renewal price and billing period shown by the store before purchase control. Payment is charged to the App Store or Google Play account, and PIXEL+ renews monthly until canceled.
• PIXEL+ includes a 30-second pixel refill on every canvas, a daily total of 3 acorns instead of FREE’s 1 on days you visit, animated GIF sharing while PNG sharing remains available to everyone, and selectable loyalty badges based on verified subscription months. Whenever FREE accounts are served ads, PIXEL+ is ad-free; the current review build does not show ads in any plan.
• The six one-time packs credit 100, 200, 525 (500 + 25 bonus), 1,100 (1,000 + 100 bonus), 2,250 (2,000 + 250 bonus), or 3,450 (3,000 + 450 bonus) acorns. The localized price shown by the store before each purchase controls.
• Acorns are account-bound, non-transferable virtual currency for use only inside ONEPIX. They are not money or cryptocurrency and cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred. Purchased acorns do not expire while the account remains active.
• Cancel PIXEL+ in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; benefits normally continue through the already-paid period. Uninstalling ONEPIX or deleting a ONEPIX account does not cancel the store subscription.
• Refund eligibility and decisions follow the policy of the store where the purchase was made and applicable law. When a refund or revocation is confirmed, credited acorns are reversed; any amount already spent may remain as an adjustment that is offset against later acorn credits.
• Restore Purchases can restore a verified PIXEL+ entitlement for the same store and signed-in ONEPIX account. Completed consumable acorn packs cannot be restored; an incomplete purchase may be recovered and reverified, and the server wallet remains the authoritative balance.

7. Account termination and service changes

Users can initiate account deletion from Profile. After the server authoritatively verifies the requester and scope, it deletes the sign-in account, profile, pixel balances, acorn wallet, inventory, internal subscription state, and active sessions, and removes the user’s current pixels and signatures from active canvases. Store billing records that must remain for refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or law are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

Posts and comments become structural tombstones while their text and author personal information are scrubbed. Archives retain only the collective work's colors and coordinates; nickname, country, signature, and account links are irreversibly anonymized, and the contributor is shown as ‘Deleted User.’

플레이컨티뉴 (PlayContinue) may change or discontinue features for safety, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable method in advance where appropriate.

8. Responsibility, disputes, and contact

Because many people collaboratively edit ONEPIX in real time, the service does not guarantee that a particular pixel or work state will persist. Liability for indirect loss may be limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Customer support, privacy, and rights reports may be sent to playcontinue00@gmail.com. Non-waivable law that applies to a user remains effective. This version does not designate an additional governing law or exclusive venue.
