PIXEL+ Subscription and Acorn Purchases

1. Products and store prices

PIXEL+ is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The six one-time packs contain 100, 200, 525 (500 + 25 bonus), 1,100 (1,000 + 100 bonus), 2,250 (2,000 + 250 bonus), or 3,450 (3,000 + 450 bonus) acorns. The full localized price and, for PIXEL+, the monthly renewal terms shown by the App Store or Google Play immediately before purchase control.

2. PIXEL+ benefits

• One pixel refills every 30 seconds on Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and World; pooled balances and level-based maximums remain separate for each canvas.
• Whenever FREE accounts are served ads, PIXEL+ is ad-free. The current review build does not show ads in any plan.
• Animated GIF sharing is included; branded PNG sharing remains available to every active account.
• On each UTC day you visit, PIXEL+ receives a daily total of 3 acorns while FREE receives 1. There is no reward for days you do not visit.
• Selectable profile loyalty badges unlock as verified paid subscription months accumulate.

3. Acorn packs and virtual currency

• Each acorn pack is a one-time consumable top-up, not a subscription or recurring charge.
• After store and server verification, acorns are credited only to the signed-in ONEPIX account bound to the purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Acorns are service-only virtual currency with no cash value. They are not money or cryptocurrency and cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred.
• Purchased acorns do not expire while the account remains active. Permanently deleting the account removes unused acorns and item entitlements.

4. Renewal, cancellation, expiration, and restore

PIXEL+ renews automatically every month until canceled. Payment is charged by the App Store or Google Play account at the full localized price shown before purchase.

• Manage or cancel PIXEL+ in the store’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; benefits normally continue through the already-paid period, then the account returns to the current FREE rules.
• Uninstalling ONEPIX or deleting a ONEPIX account does not cancel the store subscription.
• Restore Purchases checks the same store account and signed-in ONEPIX account for a verified PIXEL+ entitlement.
• Completed consumable acorn packs cannot be restored. An incomplete purchase may be recovered and reverified, and the server wallet remains the authoritative balance.

5. Refunds and account deletion

Refund eligibility and decisions follow the policy of the Apple App Store or Google Play where the purchase was made and applicable law. Use the store’s refund path or contact support when the store directs you to the developer.

When a refund or revocation is confirmed, the related acorns are reversed. If some were already spent, the shortfall may remain as an account adjustment and be offset against later acorn credits.

Account deletion removes the ONEPIX acorn wallet, inventory, and internal subscription state but does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel PIXEL+ with Apple or Google before deleting the account. Unused acorns and deleted entitlements cannot be transferred or restored to a new account.
